The We Company launches new real estate acquisition, management platform
KUALA LUMPUR, May 16 (Bernama) -- The We Company has launched ARK, its global real estate acquisition and management platform, to optimise assets and drive innovation across portfolio, via enterprise and anchor tenant strategies.
The platform will initially deploy US$2.9 billion in total equity capital following its combination with WeWork Property Advisors, and The We Company will be the majority owner. (US$1 = RM4.17)
ARK will focus on acquiring, developing and managing real estate assets in global gateway cities and high-growth secondary markets that will benefit from WeWork’s occupancy.
