Hytera To Present Innovative 4G/5G RAN Solutions At MWC 2025

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 (Bernama) -- Hytera Communications, a global provider of professional communications technologies and solutions, is set to present its cutting-edge 4G/5G Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, taking place from March 3 to 6, with a special focus on its innovative Macro Base Station.

The system is compatible with Non-Standalone (NSA) and Standalone (SA) architectures, allowing more cost-effective and rapid deployment of 5G networks.

The RRU5800 and RRU5801 Remote Radio Units provide robust transmission capabilities, supporting major LTE frequency bands, with the RRU5801 offering up to 60 watts (W) per channel. These units are designed to maintain stable network performance, even in high-density environments, and offer flexible deployment options to suit different regions and network sizes.

Hytera’s technology also includes dual carriers, carrier aggregation, MIMO, and 256QAM modulation, which enhances spectral efficiency, data transfer speed, and network stability. KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 (Bernama) -- Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation (Toshiba) has launched its first lineup of four-channel high-speed standard digital isolators for automotive applications, with shipments having commenced.

The new "DCM34xx01 Series” features 10 devices that support stable operation with high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 kilovolts per microsecond (kV/μs) and a data transmission speed of up to 50 megabits per second (Mbps). These isolators meet the AEC-Q100 standard, ensuring safety and reliability for automotive components.

For hybrid-electric vehicles (HEVs) and electric vehicles (EVs), the safety and reliability of onboard chargers (OBCs) and battery management systems (BMSs) are critical. These systems require devices that ensure isolation and prevent noise interference.

According to Toshiba in a statement, the new automotive digital isolators deliver the necessary multi-channel high-speed communications and high CMTI capabilities for such applications.

Utilising Toshiba's proprietary magnetic coupling isolation technology, these devices provide impressive noise resistance between input and output, ensuring stable signal transmission and reliable equipment operation.

In addition, they also boast a low-pulse-width distortion of just 0.8 nanoseconds (ns) and a maximum data transmission rate of 50 Mbps. These isolators are ideal for applications such as I/O interfaces with serial peripheral interface (SPI) communications.

Toshiba has already mass-produced industrial standard digital isolators and has now extended its product lineup to automotive equipment.

Going forward, the company will increase the lineup of packages and number of channels in both areas. It will continue to provide high-quality isolation devices and photocouplers that support the reliability and real-time data transmission required by automotive equipment.

TELEDYNE E2V INTRODUCES HIGH-SPEED SENSOR WITH ENHANCED NIR SENSITIVITY

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 25 (Bernama) -- Teledyne e2v, a Teledyne Technologies company and global innovator of imaging solutions, has introduced Lince5M NIR, a state-of-the-art high-speed CMOS image sensor designed for a wide range of commercial, industrial, and medical applications.
